The Washington Post is reporting that the FDA's 2007 operating plan includes full funding at $4 million for the agency's
Office of Women's Health.
Previously, it was suggested that $1.2 million would be withheld, essentially halting operations for the remainder of the year, which was perceived by many as retribution for the Office's evidence-based (rather than politically-based) stance on emergency contraception.
